Role Summary 

This dynamic position will join the Frothy Monkey Roasting Co team of cross-functional leaders to grow brand awareness, market share, and customer development, highlighting brand value through expertise, products, and communication. This person will need to be self-driven and goal-oriented with a proven ability to plan, track, and execute key metrics. 

*The right candidate will also have a strong desire for growth and development with the drive to expand this role, the department, and the company. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required. 
  • 3-5 years of general sales, account service, and customer relationship development experience in the beverage, hospitality, agency or related fields.
 

Job Duties

  • Market Development:  Elevate market visibility, brand awareness, and sales performance through strategic initiatives.
  • New Account Development: Oversee sales processes of various accounts, align retail initiatives with wholesalers, attend key business meetings, drive marketing strategies, and improve administrative capabilities.
  • Logistical Sales Support: Optimize shipments of coffee and related products to wholesalers, manage customer communication, and identify opportunities to meet unique business needs.
  • Financial Analysis: Aid in data collection and trend analysis for monthly Sales Performance Reviews, and identify target markets or segments to pursue, integrating them with business priorities.
